| Aditya enterprises manufactures a range of industrial heaters including coil heaters. Coil heaters come with salient features like up to 45-w/in2 surface loading; up to 250 voltage; 700°c max surface temperature; and wide contact surface resulting in exceptionally high level of thermal conductivity towards the body that needs to be heated. These coil heaters are useful for applications like heating of nozzles, aerospace, chemical, metal working, glass and paper industry, manifolds, automotive, packing and medical industry. Some of the technical specifications of these coil heaters are ss 304 sheath material; 2.7 x 4.7 [flat/d shape] cross section; `j` type thermocouple; 5 mm away sensing point t/c location from the trip of the heater and is not in contact with sheath; 500 mm, 750 mm, 1000 mm lead length; black colour pfte leads power supply; white colour pfte leads [+] positive; red colour pfte leads [-] negative; green colour pfte leads ground [earth]; lead connection of the three available options incorporated; silicon coated fiberglass sleeve; wire braid; and stainless steel flexible conduit.
