The other products manufactured and marketed by the company include other engineering thermo-plastics like nylon, ptfe, hdpe, uhmwpe, pp and rubber parts. The special grade pu from sigmathane is available with unique properties like high abrasion resistance, tensile strength and elongation that can outperform conventional pus in similar application. The company has developed wide variety of polyurethane products for applications in steel plants, mining and mineral processing industries, oil and chemical, material handling, paper, etc., in tough working conditions in india. The product ranges include modular/custom build polyurethane vibrating screen panels of different sizes and apertures for bulk material handling plants at steel plants and mines; slurry pump liners; hydro-cyclone liners; roller lining; conveyor belt scrapper blades and skirt board liners; chute liners; seals; solid tyres and wheels; diaphragms; gaskets; precision and fine finish sheets; rods and tubes; floatation cell parts; flexible coupling elements; conveyor rollers; idlers; wipers; friction pads; rolls with metal core; bushes, etc. The company is equipped with in-house facility for mould design and development, blast cleaning and surface preparation of metal insert ensuring the supply of flawless, in-time and cost effective pu parts.
