• Add to Inquiry Basket | Jejal enterprise specialises in manufacturing of polynet machinery since its establishment in 1985. The company provides polynet machines in three types ranging from 40 mm extruded polynet plant, 65 mm extruded polynet plant and 90 mm extruded polynet plant. The other product supplied by the company also includes 40 mm single screw extruded with necessary motor [ac/dc] and gear; die drive as per suitability for multi-product plant; die head and various dies useful for one die head; equipped with panel board and control panel unit with necessary temperature controller indicator, meter, and digital zone drive. This extruded polynet plant comes with a stretching unit to reduce production cost, since the unit offers stretch nets in 1:5 to 6 ratio and comes with winder for cone with torque control motor. The extruded polynet plant comes with a capacity of 6 to 8 kg/hour depending upon the materials applied with 20 hp [approx] requirement of power. This extruded polynet plant are useful for applications like fruit packing net bags, perfumes, bathing scrubber, protective sleeving, toy packing net bags, etc.
