| United engineering industries manufactures three-wheel trolley overhead conveyor system with up to 40 kg weight carrying capacity. This three wheel trolley conveyor has been provided with salient features like smooth action caterpillar drive unit provides motive power for the conveyor; motor drives reduction gearbox through a motor or a variable speed adjuster if necessary permitting conveyor speed to be easily changed if desired; fingers on drive chain directly engage 3 sets of trolleys at a time; elite design permits slight relative motion between the trolleys engaged evenly distributing the drive power among all three trolleys for smooth, continuous drive action; sharper up and down turns can be made with the conveyor providing many advantages over the conventional i-beam conveyors; smaller dip tanks can be used in dipping operations; and less paint or dip solution is needed requiring considerably less space. The three wheel trolley conveyors are and suitable for conveying materials straight up and down movements smoothly and safely to one or more floors or in a completely vertical path.
