| Uttam rubtech machinery manufactures a range of rubber processing machines. The latest from the company is model urm-udm/g uni-drive mixing mill with anti friction roller bearings and up to 20% to 25% power saving design of machine. These uni-drive mixing mills are available in 10" x 24" up to 26" x 84" sizes and 8 kg up to 160 kg capacity. These mixing mills are available with major constructional features of chilled cast iron rolls, cooled by water or heated by steam inside, stands and apron-heavy duty steel casting/steel fabricated; bed common bed construction, steel fabricated; journal bearing housing made of steel casting fitted with anti friction roller bearing; grease lubrication system to lubricate bearings fitted in housing; roll clearance adjusting unit through worm and worm gear drive clutch rod for parallel sheeting hand wheels to close the nip from one point only; and shanti/greaves helical reduction gearbox driven by the motor through gear coupling.
