The urm-ex hot feed rubber extruders are useful for manufacturing rubber tubes, strip sheets, tyre tread, rubber hoses, angles, channels, etc. Some of the salient features of this latest hot feed rubber extruder include 40 mm up to 200mm sizes; 20 kg up to 250 kg capacity; tread head for tyre treads; strainer head for filtering the compounds; straight head for rubber tubes, strip sheets, rods, angles, etc; cross head for second coating of pre-extruded section like hoses, profile, etc; and constant speed drives. The company also supplies the hot feed rubber extruder machine with option of variable speeds on request.
