smartcem is capable of monitoring the flue gas emissions constantly. It is a fully integrated monitoring concept from the basic analyzers and their calibration verification packages through to digital communications, data logging and automatic reporting. Smartcem station, containing all the analyzers and monitors caters complete monitoring of stack emission. The station control unit of the smartcem enables the communication with the analyzers. It also enables the communication of monitors within the station. The serial digital link transmits the data from 32 smartcem to the central data point. After that it is logged on a pc or gathered for next transmission to the plant computers or dcs.

dcem 2100 is a dust density monitor. There are several product specifications such as unique dual beam transmissometer, automatic lens contamination correction, automatic zero & span check, dynamic misalignment check; built-in fail safe shutter. Local/remote control unit, data in % opacity, mg/m3 & mg/nm3, online correction for temperature, pressure, h2o & o2; low maintenance, high availability, high intensity red led, green led for usepa compliance.
vcem 5000 is an in-situ non-contact gas flow monitor. The time correlation techniques of the monitor provide direct measurement of the flue gas velocity without making any contact. It is capable of measuring gas velocity in m/ sec and gas flow in m3/sec.
