The Cooling conveyor and the Stacker machine are manufactured by Advin Oven. The biscuits that are baked in the oven passes from the stripping conveyor to the cooling conveyor. The cooling conveyor manufactured by Advin Oven is 2.5 meters long. The cooling conveyor transfers the heat present in the biscuit after coming from the baking oven, into the air, as the baked biscuits pass through it. The idle rollers of the Cooling conveyor and the Stacker machine are of 48mm diameter. The idle rollers are mounted on 6004 ZZ. The rollers have deep groove ball bearings with grinding finish. The rollers of the Cooling conveyor and the Stacker machine, manufactured by Advin Oven are hard chrome plated. The features of the Cooling conveyor and the Stacker machine are as follows:
The cooling conveyor is a modular structure.
There are 3mm thick, M.S. Sheet, fabricated supporting side channels in the Cooling conveyor and the Stacker machine.
Idle rollers are spaced at the Cooling conveyor and the Stacker machine which is 750mm apart on conveying direction and 1700mm on the return direction.
Two drive drums of 220 mm. Diameter are there in the machine.
There is a Feeder table, to stack the already oil sprayed biscuits.
