It is particularly manufactured for those applications, which demands extremely precise high-speed machining of graphite and steel. This machining centre provides a rapid traverse and cutting feed-rate on all axes. One of its crucial features is low vibration. It also caters superior surface finishes. It is engineered manufactured in such a way that it provides extreme, reproducible machining precision with top surface quality, the e33 is an attractive proposition for the production of eroding or copper electrodes, hardened steel cores and demanding master engravings. It is very easy to handle and long lasting. The e33 weighs in at a rugged 7,300 kg for solid rigidity and stability. The spindle of the machining has robust construction and provides constant operation. The speed of the spindle ranging from 300 to 30,000 rpm. It also provides highly effective core cooling technology. The size of the machining is 2,160 x 3,038 x 3,928 mm. It contains a centre chip, a scrapper-type chip, and a fully enclosed chip and splash shield to seal the work zone and prevent dust and chips from escaping. There is also system to protect the axis drives and table guides. |
