The tempro plus mould temperature controller comes with salient features like complete range for plastic processing plants; optimal units for specific requirements; microprocessor controlled precision control until ±0.5ºc accuracy; easy-to-use and user friendly simplistic display; powerful and economical heater up to 36 kw power; and rugged, easy-to-maintain design. The company provides mould temperature controller with optional standard feature like microprocessor controller; maximum temperature monitoring; automatic heater control 3, 6, 9 kw the maximum heater power can be limited; auto filling design with leakage monitoring and level control; automatic leak stopping and air purging selectable with one single button on the display; boost pump standard with tempro plus 160 [optional with tempro plus 140]; pumps safe to run dry; automatic pump rotation direction detection; sensor break monitoring; measurement and display of the return flow/back flow sensor temperature; pt100 connecting socket for external sensors; dry contact for alarm output plus audible alarm; operating hours counter indication of service interval; and 220-480 v power supply at an extra cost. The company supplies accessories like process pressure gauges with flow indication; feco, type j mould sensor [expansion kit]; and various communication interfaces [expansion kit].
