the rotmatic is the simplest linear labeling machine widely used in pharmaceutical/food/mineral water / beverages / household products / detergent / cosmetics / oil [lube and edible]/agro-chemicals industries. Rotmatic labeling machine is very efficient, accurate, simple and easy to maintain and handle. Glue is fed to gun metal cylindrical roller by automatic pneumatic glue pump. Label is removed from oscillating magazine, which is actuated by "no bottle-no label" mechanism, when it comes in contact with roller, which then transfers the glue on the label in strips. The salient features of the rotmatic [wet glue] are,

complete stainless steel, b-4 finish construction
all pneumatics of festo/smc make.
automatic pneumatic glue pump for transfer and circulation of glue.
no bottle - no label.
speed variable with variable speed pulley.
adjustable conveyor height to match with any bottling line
suitable for applying wraparound [edge to edge], overlap [upto 10mm] and patch body label on any size of round/cylindrical bottles and containers.
