the multimatic [wet glue] machine is a rotary type machine with outputs ranging from 2000-18000 bottles per hour. Multmatic is very efficient and compact machine especially for liquor industries and can handle all types of glass and plastic bottles/containers for liquor [cylindrical, non-cylindrical and odd shaped] with various applications, i.E., only front label, front and shoulder label, front, shoulder and back labels. It also has provision for applying neck around label. The salient features of the multimatic [wet glue] are,

construction-stainless steel-304 aisi, heavy duty construction, thus, vibration free.
variable speed with ac frequency drive
pneumatic pump for glue feeding and recirculation.
provision in multimatic-f model to attach back labeling station/aggregate as and when required.
bottle change parts made of uhmw - low noise, wear resistant.
no bottle - no glue - no label.
proximity sensor at out feed for "bottle jamming - machine stop".
labeling aggregates/chamber in oil bath, thus, less wear and tear due to permanent lubrication.
machine and safety sensors etc. Controlled with plc.
easy adjustment for bottles with different heights/sizes/shapes for additional change parts.
motorized up-down movement of machine for adjusting different heights of bottles.
s. S. Safety hood with acrylic sheets.
electronic bottle counter and bpm meter with fault display unit.
