These products are developed considering the requirement of various industries like liquor, pharmaceutical, brewery, beverage, natural mineral & packaged drinking water, agro-chemical, pain, edible oil, lube oil, cosmetic, food etc. As part of that, the company offers gravity filler. It works with gravity principle and maintains same level while filling particular size / adjustment. It is useful for filling non-carbonated liquids. It is provided with electronic liquid controller and automatic pneumatic control valve to maintain and control the flow of liquid in main bowl. Some key features of this gravity fillers are as follows:
Bottles lifters are mechanical, spring loaded ensuring gentle handling of the bottles
Simple change over and compensating for height difference.
Glass window is provided to check product level in tank.
All change over parts are made out of uhmw.
Capable of handing bottles of any shape & sizes.
Centralized lubrication.
Inbuilt conveyor with overlapping at out feed end
