Two bed demineralisers
Zion enviro`s packaged type de-mineralisers are available in a wide range of sizes to suit individual needs. Packaged type de-mineralisers comprise of two mild steel rubber lined pressure vessels/frp vessels filled with strongly acidic cation exchange resins and strongly basic anion exchange resins. They are available in a range of diameters. This design results in longer service between regeneration and simple operation. Standard packaged type de-mineralisers are skid mounted, fully assembled and included necessary piping, valves, chemical tanks with regeneration system and one conductivity meter to monitor the treated water quality

Degasifiers
Zion enviro also offers a range of degassers designed to suit the de-mineralisers.The cation exchanger converts alkalinity present in raw water to its equivalent acid, i.E. Carbonic acid. The anion exchanger absorbs this along with other acids in cation exchanger treated water. Where water has a high alkalinity the ionic load on the anion can be brought down by using another method to remove carbonic acid. The carbon dioxide can be removed mechanically by means of degasser.

A degasser consists essentially of a degasser tower with integral tank, a degasser air blower and a degassed water pump with necessary piping and valves to connect this system to the ca unit. The tower portion is packed with pvc pall rings. The air blower is connected by air ducting to the tower just above the tank portion.

Mixed bed demineraliser
Offers package type mixed bed deionizer which are applications that require a higher level of water quality. Mixed bed units cam pressure vessel in mild steel construction fitted with cation and anion exchanger standards units are skid mounted, fully assembled and include the necessary chemical regeneration systems, piping and valves.

Custom build demineralisers
Has supplied large number of custom-built demineraliser customer`s specification. Has incorporated weak acid and weak base to tackle waters containing high amounts of alkalinity, chlorides and sulphates.
