1. very good surface/height utilisation ratio
2. optimum utilisation of storage volume
3. simultaneous order picking on several tiers
4. good height utilisation multiplies available storage space
5. stairs and/or lifts connect the walkways/aisles on different tiers.
6. single, two & three tier installation with a mezzanine floor on top
7. utilisation of storage volume can be increased by up to 100 %
8. high degree of floor surface utilisation
9. simultaneous order picking on several tiers
10. additional floor space is gained for storage and assembly
11. boltless assembly of all basic components
12. full length frames - no joining plates required
13. stiffening beams and additional cross bracing provide for a high load capacity and give structural safety to all bays
14. boltless adjustment of all platforms allows flexible positioning of levels
Multi-tier storage system is mainly used for storage and order picking of non-palletised goods, bins, cartons or other storage units containing small parts and components and for bulk storage.
