The company has an extra ordinary unit in gujarat. The company is capable of manufacturing precision investment castings as per drawings, specifications, material and quantity details and samples given by customers. The sophisticated laboratory department contains modern measuring instruments, physical testing instruments, german make chemical analysis by spectrometer and wet analysis lab. The unit also has two crucibles of electrotherm brand. The capacity of these brands is 250 kg and 150 kg, respectively. An air-conditioner plant having 30 tonne capacity is also part of the unit. The company has production capacity is 600 metric tones per year and job handling capacity from few grams to 100 kg single piece. The company has the capacity of investment castings from the weight 3 gm to 70 kg per single piece component by mental or alloys such as stainless steel, alloy steels, alloy steel, carbon steel, nickel based steel, super alloys, aluminium alloys, copper based alloys, bronze alloys and many other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The company is always focuses on the quality of product and maintains delivery timings. The company provides the products in reasonable rate. |
