Automatic self-cleaning filter [SCF] is one of the special equipment used in Chemical Process Industries designed and manufactured by CLEARSEP TECHNOLOGIES [I] PVT. LTD. The filters are safe and does not need any operator attention. These filters are fully automatic offering continuous filtration.

  • Operation monitored by PLC based panel
  • Welded wedge wire filtering element
  • Automatic purging based on preset DP/ preset timer.
  • Filtering surface cleaned by rotating brush /scraper
  • Completely closed system.

    Cooling water side stream filtration, Condensate water filtration, Raw water filtration, Sea water filtration, Effluent water thickening, Column bottoms purification, Clarification of all low solids/high flow applications and Mixed juice purification in cane sugar plants etc
