Schrader duncan ltd, pneumatics division, a leading manufacturer of a wide range of pneumatic products offers high flow valve, ½". The whole product range includes pneumatic cylinders, vlaves, frls and accessories, has now extended its high flow valve range to ½" series. These are new generation spool valves with higher flow capacities. The internal construction is of moving spool type and uses unique wear compensating "dancing seals" concept, for quick response time and long life to the valves. The design also eliminates conventional internal spacers, which reduces possibility of dirt particles trapping inside and making the valve ideal for adverse working conditions. These valves are available in 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3 versions with solenoid, pilot and different manual actuations. They are also available in compact gang manifolding design in sub-base version, which is useful for ease of servicing. The working pressure for above range is from 1.5 kg/cm² to 10 kg/cm². Flow rate capacity [cv] is 1.3 for ¼" port size and 2.2 for 3/8" and ½" port size. Solenoid coil rating is 3 w/5 va and is available in 230v ac, 110v ac and 24v dc voltages.
