.Lightning protection internatioanl pty ltd [known as "lpi"] is a fully owned australian manufacturer and supplier of direct strike lightning, surge and transient protection equipment and earthing solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the world. The lpi stormaster ese range of terminals provides a safe and efficient system for the protection of facilities from direct lightning strikes. The lpi stormaster ese terminal captures the lightning energy at a preferred point. The energy is conveyed to ground via a down conductor [s]. When the energy enters the dedicated lightning earth, it is safely dissipated without risk to personnel and equipment. Lpi stormaster ese terminals are tested as per nfc 17-102 [national french standards] and iec 60-1:1989 standards. Lpi advance lightning protection system is not only specialized on the air terminals, but the total project is executed with the specialized down conductor named hvsc [high voltage shielded cable], tested as per iec standards in high voltage testing laboratories. Hvsc [down conductor] enables the customer safe use of the building, especially in sensitive areas like oil and petrochemicals, telecommunications, it sector, etc., and provides tension free environment from the potential electromagnetic damages created by the lightning current when it is grounded through the normal down conductor. The company also offers the non-resettable lightning strike recorder, which enables the user to have foolproof record of the proper functioning of the system; and the latest technology of chemical gel earthing [grip - ground resistance improvement powder], which dissipates the huge amount of lightning current in a fraction of time thus avoiding the huge potential rise under the ground.
