Hoongen industries offers curved vane centriblast wheel. The curved vane shape delivers a mote evenly distributed abrasive pattern. This means a longer "hot spot" and improvements in cleaning quality and production rates. The new curved vane can be retrofitted to most existing shot blasting machines. In most cases, no changes are required in the wheel housing, spindle, or wear plating. The curved vane centrifugal wheel is available in horsepower ratings up to 100 hp with optimum abrasive throwing capacities up to 90 tonnes of abrasive per hour at standard wheel speeds. For special applications wheel speeds can be varied to obtain substantial increases in abrasive velocities or flow.
