Banner Engineering India Pvt. Ltd offers U-GAGE M25U Series Sensor. Banner Engineering India Pvt. Ltd supplies sensors, machine safety and wireless network products and productivity indicator lights. U-GAGE M25U Series Sensor works as an emitter/receiver pair. The emitter sends a pulse of ultrasonic sound energy and the receiver detects the pulses. When an object, regardless of color, passes between the sensors, the object will block the sound and the receiver will turn on an output. The most common material used for ultrasonic transducers is ceramic. However, ultrasonic sensors with ceramic transducers will not survive in environments with harsh cleaning agents and high pressure wash down environments. The M25U uses a unique stainless steel transducer to create and receive the ultrasonic signal.

Main features of U-GAGE M25U Series Sensor include:

  • Especially designed with a smooth barrel housing for use in hygienic environments
  • Heavy duty 316S stainless steel housing for challenging applications
  • Sealed to IP69K
  • Temperature resistant to 70 ° C permanent; shock temperature resistant to 85 ° C for 15 minute
  • Can withstand aggressive cleaning chemicals such as H2O2
  • Opposed mode up to 800 mm sensing range in normal resolution and 400 mm in high resolution
  • Emitting frequency of 140 kHz
  • Reliable sensing maintained when used in water or water vapour environmental applications
  • Maximum relative humidity of 95% at 50 ° C non-condensing
  • Response time of 5.9 ms in normal mode and 3.9 ms in high resolution mode for a higher speed line or smaller targets
  • M12 connector 4-pin for the receiver and 5-pin for the receiver
  • Supply voltage from 10 to 30V DC
