| Shree ganesh plastingeers supplies a falling dart impact tester. It is very crucial to perform mechanical testing of plastic [finished or semi-finished] products for deciding its suitability to a particular application. Of all failure loadings, impact loads probably play a major role. For sheets and films, exposing to impact loading generally incorporates dropping a known weight from a known height and assessing its resistance. The whole process takes on a vacuum-clamped test specimen firmly hold and a dart of known mass is allowed to fall from a fixed height with standard velocity. It is kept under observation if the specimen develops puncture/cracks or any distinct deformations.
