| G m tools manufactures both standard and special gear cutting tools. It also deals in sales/purchase of all kinds of industrial tools [specialist in auto parts and gear line machinery]; and reconditions all types of machinery. It offers the follow types of cutters: 1. Hobbing cutters - gear hobs with od 300 mm [max] and oal; involute spline hobs 350 mm [max]; parallel spline hob multi gash hob; timing belt pulley hob; shank start hob; serration hob; and worm wheel hob - all standard and fast moving items in stock. 2. Shaping cutters - gear shaper shaper with 200 mm pcd [max]; sprocket shaper helical and spur type cutter; and timing pulley disc, hub and shank type shaper cutter. 3. Shaving cutter types - a. Conventional or diagonal shaving cutter with max 300 mm [pcd]; and b. Under-pass cutter with tip relief, profile crowning and lead crowing. 4. Milling cutters, hss - all types of milling cutters and shank type tools, profile tools. 5. Broaches - spline broach [involute and parallel]; serration broach; broach with oal 1500 mm [max]; keyway broach; and round broach.
