Dispocon thermoformers are exceptionally sturdy, durable and low maintenance machines firmly established as industry’s most energy efficient and least vibrating plug-assist thermoformers with in-mould cutting.
Electro-hydro-pneumatic plug-assist thermoformer with in-mould cutting for pp and ps containers are the most versatile solution in dispocon range of thermoformers.
Market acceptability of dispocon pp series thermoformers is evident from over 100 installations in just 3 years of its introduction. Specially designed for high cutting force required for pp, these hydraulic thermoformers also incorporate touch screen plc control and inching facility
during mould setting.
Infrared heaters with phase angle temperature control, solid state relays, excellent safety interlocks and central lubricating system are salient part of standard machine. The elimination of clutch-cam mechanism ensures least maintenance and trouble-free longer runs.
The forming stations are fabricated from heavy duty steel profiles / plates and graded cast iron. The frame is entirely stress relieved.
Features like pneumatic roll lifting, cup stacking assembly, pre-heating station are offered as optional. High operating speed with flexibility to accommodate a variety of moulds and containers results in highest productivity covering the full range of market requirement of end products.
