| R k dutt concerns offers magnetic level indicator. Magnamount l14 is based on the principle of mechanics and magnetism to offer safe level indicator for dangerous and toxic liquids under high pressure and temperatures. Construction: the top mounted level indicator consists of a guide pipe, float with stem, main magnet, a guard protecting magnet guide tube and follower magnet glass tube. The guide pipe inserted in the tank guides the float. The float follows the liquid level in the tank moving the stem. The main magnet mounted on the stem tip also follows the liquid level. Magnetic coupling between main magnet and follower magnet brings outside the visual indication of level inside. Follower magnet moves in an isolated glass tube filled with density compensation fluid. The entire construction is very sturdy to work in outdoor installation. Applications: dipstick substitute, underground tanks, horizontal tanks, corrosive acids such as h2so4, hno3, chlorosulphonic acid, oleum, acetic acid, cs2; solvent tanks such as benzene, acetone, toluene, alcoholic liquids or any organic liquid, butadiene, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride; liquefied gases such as liquid chlorine, liquid ammonia, lpg; molten sulphur, phosphorus, lead, etc; oils such as thermic fluids, petrol, diesel, lubricants, edible oils; and poisonous liquids such as dimethyl amines, phosgene, etc. Advantages: easy maintenance, magnet system never comes in contact with liquid, high pressure applications, vacuum application, high temperature applications, dangerous and corrosive applications, no electronics-no electricity, indicator visibility from 10 m and no spillage of liquid contents.
