Prima engineering industries offers biscuit and bread machinery. In various widths of 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, the prima engineering industries manufactures biscuit machinery.
the company produces spiral mixer. The mixer takes only 3 to 12 minutes to make a smooth, silky and well-developed dough. Spiral mixer has nylon castors and it can be adjusted accordingly. The mixer is easily moveable. Dough can be easily discharged. The product also has automatic cycle. The features of the product are,
Welded main frame with stiffners.
Spiral drive through belts : belts of fenner make. No gear box to leak oil into dough.
Bowl : positive independent drive through gear box / belts and friction drive wheel [for sp100 & sp160]
To tension bowl drive belts : no need to tilt the mixer with great effort on one side as with other manufacturers.
Bowl : one piece deep drawn, no welding.
Bowl / spiral / fork / cover / grid : all parts in contact with dough in stainless steel hence hygenic design.
Electrical panel on side : hence flour dust will not fly to panel operating points.
Panel : all electrical parts of first line manufacturers like siemens
Heavy duty ball bearings : all uniformly skfmake.
Motor : robustly sized electrical motors.
