| Neel reo systems pvt. Ltd. Offers different types of vibratory controllers which include thyrister controller. There are two different models of this thyrister controller, which include: reovib smart and reovib r6/539. Some of the salient features of the model reovib smart is as follows: emc filter and a fuse for protecting switching semiconductor are contained in the unit of reovib smart.The principle by which the feed rate is adjusted is the phase-angle principle. Stopping and starting the unit is done by using external contacts or a 24 v dc signal voltage and for that an enable input is supplied. The unit is made more versatile & had winning edge over competition by mains voltage compensation. The greatest features of this thyrister controller include: it`s mains voltage compensation and it is available with track or without track control. The internal trimmer pots umin and umax are used to adapt to the feeder`s specific characteristics. Application area includes:phase-angle controller for vibratory bowl and linear feeders. Electrical specifications of this controller include: op voltage- 20 to 100 v, op current: max . 6a, operating temperature: 0 to 45 deg c, supply voltage: 115 v or 240 v.Dimensions:90x205x57 mm. Advantageous features of this controller include: linear setting of control potentiometers for all types of feeders are provided. Integrated accessories: mains cable 2m, output cable for feeder unit.
