These controllers that are used to build diesel genset panels. The amf controller units have high-performance, single chip microcontroller that governs all the actions. Various technical features of these controllers are as follows:these units operating range is e from 10 v dc to 30 v dc, and thus can be used for 12 v and 24 v gensets. Inbuilt keypad unit has six keys on fecia that are used during the settings and during genset operation. Inbuilt led lamp indicators have three-phase indications for mains, genset and load side supplies. Flexible amf logics has inbuilt auto, manual and off modes. Full engine safety and lvm/gvm functions are available during manual mode. The units have lop, hct, v-belt, underspeed, overspeed, start failure, stop failure, fuel level alarm, fuel level trip, emergency stop and overload trip functions. Some of the aplications include:they can also be used for three-phase as well as single-phase applications. The circuit measures voltages of the three-phase mains input for operation within the set limits to decide the engine starting/stopping and for the mains contactor operation. Using the key pad provided on the facia of the units many critical timers like mains failure, mains restoration, warm-up, mains-to-genset transfer, genset-to-mains transfer and cooling timers can be setng timers can be set using the key pad provided on the facia of the units. Four-digit 0.5" red display indicates engine speed, genset frequency and elapsed hour-minutes figure.
