Custom designed seals to suit customers specific requirements are also manufactured.Seal proof engineering product range includes mechanical shaft seals, all types of chemical process pumps, pumping equipment. Applications serverd by seal proof enginnering include: particularly where temperatures are very low or very high, densities/specific gravities [sg`s] are high, ph values are low or high, and the general nature of the liquid or slurry/sludge pumped is abrasive or corrosive; low and high ph water & effluent liquors; coal, ash, iron ore, & other mineral ores; hydro cyclone feed & underflow; steel and aluminium smelter slurries, sludge`s & effluents; paper stock, white water, green/black liquors, & inks/dyes.
the pump comes in monoblock sealles glandless design which is completely deeped in your chemical tank accept electric motor & delivery pipe flange. This has been designed for maintenance free pump.
Material of construction : S.S.304, s.S.316, alloy 20 & polypropylene.
Application:The pump is used in all chemical, fertilizer. Agro industries & petroleum field.
