• Add to Inquiry Basket | Mikrotechnic manufactures a new series of eddy-current thread scanning sensors from lion precision. This sensor is uniquely designed for scanning threads in tapped holes in both ferrous and nonferrous materials. The probes feature a unique, radically mounted sensing coil, which provides sufficient resolution for detailed examination of thread quality. The system has been used in conjunction with analysis software to create a complete, automated thread quality inspection system. Controls on panel include manual/auto cycle selector, auto cycle push button, pushbutton, soft keys for selection of menu, emergency stop button, and reset button. It displays total number of jobs inspected/number of defective jobs found, identification number of defective hole/type of defect, and menu for manual operations. Software will be provided for inspection of thread, which will give data by graph/numeric reading.
