| Scils wcsc series are r-22 based factory-built. This scils series is ready to commission water-cooled water chillers for indoor installation. These chillers, when used with glycols [ethylene or propylene] of appropriate concentration can also be applied for brine chilling down to -15°c.Each chiller pack has one or two semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor. The logic of the control system is contained in an eprom chip and is designed to operate the system in auto/manual mode and to provide a steady and accurate chiller outlet temperature as per the desired setting without letting the system hang or hunt. Some of the advantageous features of screw chiller package include:these are compact screw compressors with integral oil separator. These chiller packages are compact shell and tube heat exchangers with seamless pipe as shell with machined end plates, drilled, reamed and grooved for tube holes into which enhanced surface seamless copper tubes are expanded. The liquid refrigerant into the chiller is controlled through two their mostatic expansion valves operated by their respective pilot solenoid valve. The plc based panel is a treated sheet metal housing in ip 54 enclosure with a powder coated finish.
