• Add to Inquiry Basket | Microtec grinding machines manufactures precision surface grinder with an ideal configuration for automatic production. These precision surface grinder machines comprise fine-grained rigid castings and turcite-lined sliding surfaces. Table of precision surface grinder machines move on turcite lined `v` and flat automatically lubricated guideways and the movement is hydraulically operated with variable speed control. Vertical slide movement is by accurate rollers on precision guide bars. Table reversal is by adjustable limit/ proximity switches. Cross and vertical slides of the precision surface grinder machines are driven by servo motors and precision ball screws and the programmable logic controller can easily set various operating cycles. Some of the technical specifications like conveniently located operator panel with setting and control elements; electric hand wheel supports easy setting in vertical and cross directions; wheel spindle mounted on high precision bearings in 80 mm diameter cartridge housing. The precision surface grinders are useful for plain surface grinding, slot grinding, pitch grinding, face grinding, profile grinding, etc. |
