The vacon vfds drives are flexible, easy to use, reliable, robust, backed with world-class global service support. The company manufactures all ac drives as per customer requirements with salient features like drive series with in-built plc; drive series with in-built ac chokes; economical ip54 versions; and through hole mounting facility. The ac drives are useful for applications in mining and minerals industry; hot, dirty and dusty ambient conditions; electrical supply network; define design elements of ac drives suited to mining and minerals processing to save energy and meet tight space requirements of underground applications. The company supplies number of vacon ac drives from 0.25 kw to more than 5 mw to operate equipment from dosing pumps to complex plant drives within a variety of different mining and minerals processes. Some of the technical features of these ac drives are substantially low noise level than traditional hydraulic alternatives, and motors to run up to three times faster than with hydraulic systems in applications such as slack rope handling.
