Hi tech metallic fabricators pvt ltd offers a complete range of cleaning, washing and de greasing systems with high-pressure rotating jets which spray the high temperature media on the components and bin/crate to be cleaned. Due to rotation of high-pressure jets the contamination is carried - removed with the jets. In the specially designed bin washing system the bins are placed inverted on a trolley and the trolley is pushed manually under the high-pressure cleaning zone spraying hot water media from the bottom to clean the bins from inside with pressure and temperature. The spray is timer controlled. After cycle is complete the bin can be pushed out or can be pulled back. If desired the system can be conveyorised with cleaning - rinsing and the drying at different stages. However, it may be more practical to consider single stage bin washing system with high-pressure jet spraying high temperature media with rotation in inverted bins.
