These submersible sewage pumps offer advantages like high efficiency, unique structure, circulation proof, non-clog, easy installation, strong reliability and automatic control etc. These wq series submersible sewage pumps are widely suitable for its special function and reliable quality especially suitable for pumping liquids with solids and fibrous material. These pumps are available with a unique single-double flow channel impeller that increases transferring sewage capacity including fibres with 5 times of pump nozzle diameter and solids with 50% diameter of pump nozzle. The submersible sewage pumps come with double-end mechanical seal or double-layer type that always works in the oil chamber, the hardened friction-resistant tungsten carbide material for continuous work for more than 8000 hours. Some of the salient features of the submersible sewage pumps include compact structure, low noise, no need to build pump house, energy efficient and easy maintenance; directly work in the water saving a lot of cost; overheat or over current protection to prevent pump from over heating; high precision, anti-disturbance, leakage-detection sensor is set to the pump with 7.5kw power; fully automatic safety control system in accordance with the customer requirement to monitor water leakage, electricity leakage, over load and high temperature to ensure safety and reliability; floating switch can change according to the liquid level to control start and stop of the pump automatically; easy to operate; and automatic stir device to produce strong power, stirs the deposit in sewage tank for suspension which in turn is smoothly discharged by the impeller, so that it can clear silt. These submersible sewage pumps are available with technical specifications like q - 01450 m³/hr flow rate; max 54 m delivery head; up to 60ºc liquid temperature; and 50 hz 1 x 220 v/3 x 415 v voltage.
