| Dattatray enterprises has developed new, ready-to-use lubrication unit which does the accurate oiling of any machinery without persistent attention. The company claims the unit to be the first lubrication unit manufactured in india for use in gear pumps as standard with gunmetal bushes for more life to the pump, and the first total ready-to-use lubrication unit. These lubrication unit consist of fhp electric motor of single phase for less power consumption, gear pump [0.5/1 lpm at max pressure 25 bar]for suction, monoblock with in-built relief valve, suction strainer, air breather, float switch, tank [3/5/8 litre, ms or ci body] and controller with on/off setting mounted on the unit itself. Consumption. The monoblock is used for most simple assembly of motor and pump and helps cleaning and overhauling of the unit very easy. Suction strainer is used to suck clean oil from the tank. Float switch is used to give low level signal of oil in tank. Air breather with filter is used to pour filter oil in the tank. These lubrication unit is a lubrication controller with adjustable on/off time time setting and provision to cut the unit when oil level or pressure goes down. On time is settable from 1 sec to 10 sec and off time is settable from 3 min to 600 min [10 hr]. If pressure/oil level goes down, the controller cuts the lube unit and give signal for fault. At the same time one fault relay will also get on, to the user to provide additional safety. These lubrication unit is ideal for small spms, machining centres, printing machines, etc.
