| Dattatray enterprises offers lubrication controller manufactured by driplub. It has 48 x 48 d in standard lubrication controller. The controller if facilitated with plug in, panel mounting and door mounting in one model only. The controller has on time adjustable from 2 to 10 seconds and off time adjustable from 3 to 60 minutes with further facility to set off time to 600 minutes by a selector switch. Two input signals [pressure switch and float switch] are taken to controller for detection of fault condition of lub system. Two output inform of relay are provided in controller. One for motor on [220 vac 5ames resistive, rotational free contact] and other for fault indication with interlocking to machine signal [220 vac 2 ames resistive, rotational free contact] pressure switch contact use is normally open and will get closed during running of unit. If with in set on time pressure does not achieved to set one, lub fault led will glow and fault will be on, at same time system will trip off. For float switch both no/nc contact provision is made in controller. As this controller have got off time setting up to 10 hours. The moment oil level in tank goes down below low level. Low-level led will glow and fault relay will be on. A push button is provided on controller to reset and start the cycle from on time in controller. As this controller having off time settable up to 10 hours it can be use for all type of machine tools, plants and equipments.
