| Dattatray enterprise provides offers drip lub. This drip lub is, a sophisticated automatic lubrication system, which does the right oiling of any machinery without persistent attention. Drip lub facilitates the job in many ways: controlled and adequate lubrication, hard to reach areas can also be lubricated, very low energy consumption, high saving in oil cost, thus quick payback, positive displacement of oil and self priming due to the motorised gear pump. The earlier lubrication systems, viz, hand lubrication, cup lubrication and hand pump lubrication system had their own limitations such as wastage of costly lubricating oil, non continuous lubrication, spillage of oil making the floor oily, inadequate lubrication, therefore higher machine wear and tear, need of regular manual attendance, etc. All these are overcome with this system. Following are some technical features of this lubrication system which include: it consists of a lubrication unit, metering cartridges and control unit. The motorised manual pump [mini lube unit] has a sspm motor, single phase, 1440 rpm, and a gear pump, 0.5 lpm. The pressure is max 6 kg/cm², tank size 160 [h] x 160 [w] x 115 [d] mm. The lubrication unit of this sytem consists of a tank [ms fabricated], gear pump [ci body and en8 gears] fhp electric motor, manifold [with built in relief valve, pressure gauge and outlet connection], float switch [vertical], air breather, oil window, suction strainer, and pressure switch [separately given with unit]. The earlier lubrication systems, viz, hand lubrication, cup lubrication and hand pump lubrication system had some drawbacks such as wastage of costly lubricating oil, non continuous lubrication, spillage of oil making the floor oily, inadequate lubrication, therefore higher machine wear and tear, need of regular manual attendance, etc. All these are overcome with this system.
