| Technofour machine works supplies slant nd flat bed cnc lathes and cnc milling machines. The flat bed cnc lathe tmw-225e is an extremely low cost machine as it is provided with fixed spindle rpm, linear tooling arrangement and built-in hydraulic power pack. The machine is basically designed for machining small components like bearing races, textile rings, motor stampings, stacks, shafts and various automobile components. The flat bed of the machine is fitted with hardened and ground guideway strips to ensure longer life. The gearless headstock is with unique cartridge designed for housing spindle to control spindle runouts. The spindle is fitted with five angular contact ball bearings. The headstock is forced oil lubricated. The spindle power of the machine is 5 hp. The max turning dia is 160 mm and max turning length is 400 mm. The machine is equipped with well proven tepl_cnc-2lx-lc cnc control. The positioning repeatability of slides is ± 0.005 mm for both axis. The machine can be equipped with 8 station automatic tool indexing turret, hydraulic chuck and variable speed drive. Ideal for use in ssi and in educational institutes as trainer cum production machines.
