Ozone biotech offers neem triterpenoid based urea - coating agent known as ozoneem coat. It is an effective agent possessing various bio-active compounds of neem like azadirachtin, salanin nimbin, epinimbin, deacetyl salanin, deacetyl nimbin and various other limonoids which are highly beneficial for soil fertility. The material is in the form of homogeneous stable dark yellow viscous liquid. Soil fertility is determined by three major elements namely nitrogen, phosphorus & potassium [n, p, k] of which nitrogen plays a very important role. For this reason, urea [containing 46% of n] consumption is very high all over the world. Ozoneem coat is a urea - coating agent that retards the activity of denitrifying bacteria responsible for loss of nitrogen in the soil. The application of ozoneem coat coated urea effectively reduces losses of nitrogen by 30-35% & thereby increase crop yield up to 25%. It also constitutes various pesticidal properties like insect growth regulator, antifertility, antifeedent, molting inhibitor etc. Spread the required quantity of urea in shade & mix ozoneem coat [250 ml of liquid or 1000 grams of powder] in 50 kg. Bag of urea & thoroughly mix the two to get uniformly coated urea. Keep in shade for about three hours before application for deriving maximum benefit from ozoneem coat.
