| It is a known fact that dc welding joints are of far superior quality with less power consumption. Welding rectifiers are quite expensive as compared to ac arc welding machines and hence the very reasonably priced, rectifier attachment from ab systems n equipments is very good alternative for all sheet metal fabricators. Connecting this equipment to ordinary, ac welding machine to a fully functional dc welding rectifier and gives all benefits that come with any welding rectifier. Main features: easy start of arc; negligible micro spatters or no spatter - depends on job - saves labour of cleaning the spatters from the job, also saves the body and clothes from bums caused by large hot flying spatter; clean joints with uniform welding bead; rectifying and filtering the ac input increases the capacity of the welding machine and so it is possible to do the welding with lower current output and save on power consumption. All kids of arc welding machines with up to 200 a outputs can be connected to this arc welding rectifier attachment. The equipment does not require any power connect. It is most useful for stainless steel fabricators.
