| B n hi-tech manufactures. Designs, and fabricates special purpose machines for assembly automation, testing, sorting and packing, etc. The company`s machines are developed with the latest up-to-date technology of plc, hmi displays and ac/dc servomotors and drives. The company offers automatic flux feeder designed specially for the treatment of bulk quantities of molten aluminum. It can be applied to any bulk-melting situation and is designed for application in the primary and secondary field of the aluminum industry. The flux injection process is highly efficient means of degassing and cleaning molten aluminum, which provides a number of benefits to the user. The major components of the injection machines are: hopper to hold the flux powder; rotating motorized table, which feeds a constant amount of flux; mixing chamber where the flux is mixed with the nitrogen; hose and lance assembly to carry the flux/nitrogen mixture under the metal surface; 240v ac electrical supply to power the feeder and control equipment.
