Electronics devices designs the most portable induction cap sealer - the sigma jr. It is specifically designed for induction cap sealing, in low production application or in r6rd labs. In this model the sealing coil is fixed, container is placed below the coil and sealing is actuated by pressing limit switch sensor/foot switch. This model is suitable for batch type production and can be used continuously for 24 hours.
At slightly over 18 kg, the system is small enough to carry and seal anywhere. It is waterless, 00% air-cooled and is capable of sealing a wide range of closure diameters. It has digital soft touch membrane control panel, digital up/down timer for accurate time recording and optimum baling and is user-friendly. Rugged, built to last, the sigma jr 3quires no maintenance. Small in size but big on performance, le sigma jr will seal closures from 15 m to 120 mm.
