The automatic four head rotary vial capping machine is specially designed for round vials. The machine is capable of sealing maximum120 vials per minute. It is available with mild steel frame and stainless steel enclosures. The machine is ideally suited for various sizes of vials and plain / flipp-off cap with the help of change parts. The machine is provided with single roller sealing system to ensure accurate sealing. The machine consists of vibratory bowl feeder for feeding cap constantly for online operation on any liquid of powder filling line. The machine is applicable for13mm, 20mm, 32mm or 38mm cap size. Some key features of this automatic four head vial pp / flipp-off capping machine are as follows:
Single drive synchronizing total operation of star wheel and turret with star wheel
Infeed and exit star wheel with overload clutch system to avoid vial breakage
Spring loaded unique free spinning single sealing roller
Cap feeder with variable speed system for feeding control of caps.
No vial - no cap system
No cap - machine stop system
Minimum change over and setting time
Stainless steel construction
Hopper can be completely dismantled for easy cleaning
