The company has been involved in the activity of manufacturing and exporting a complete range of pharmaceutical machines. This automatic six head bottle air jet cleaning machine is specially developed for cleaning clean glass/plastic/pet bottles, jars etc by using compressed air through jets. The machine can clean dry syrups, and bulk packing of tables and capsules. The machine also sucks thorough vacuum. This six head bottle air jet cleaning machine is capable of washing 150 bottles per minute . This air jet cleaning machine is provided with turn table for feeding container in vertical position through conveyor. The machine can clean 100 bottles per minute. The overall size of this machine is 2700 mm [l] x 780 mm [w] x 1300 mm [h]. An overload clutch system is also provided with the machine to prevent jamming during the operation. The machine incorporates four air jet nozzle with vaccum mouth holder to ensure effective cleaning. Automatic six head bottle air jet cleaning machine comes with following technical features:
