Brothers Pharmamach [India] Pvt Ltd is offering Automatic rotary Vial Washing Machine, model ARVW-120. The company manufactures and exports a complete range of pharmaceutical machines. This Automatic rotary Vial Washing Machine is suitable for washing Vials with least contact of machine parts. The machine is provided with specially designed Gripper system for holding the vial from Neck. This Gripper system also invert the vial and move it again on rotary moving system. The machine is ideally suited for 2ml to 50ml Vials. The Automatic rotary Vial Washing Machine is constructed of stainless steel 304. The machine consists of 18 Jets for 6 Internal washing zones. The overall size of the machine is 2450 mm [L] x 2000 mm [W] x 1210 mm [H]. Some key features of this Automatic rotary Vial Washing Machine are as follows:
6 Jets for External Washing of Vials
All contact parts made of SS 316 material
10 Cassette of Grippers each having 3 Grippers
Washing sequence can be made as per customers requirements.
Optionally available 2 Centrifugal Pumps and 2 Tanks [ 25 liters]
Each washing zone with independent circuit to avoid contamination
