The machine is specially developed for Round Vials. From 5 ml to 30 ml sizes approximately. The machine is capable of washing maximum120 Vials per minute. The machine is constructed of Stainless Steel. The overall size of the machine is 3234 mm [L] x 1675 mm [W] x 1675 mm [H]. The machine is provided with Five different Washing Zones. Each washing zone is fitted with 10 nozzles for maximum washing. Some key features of this Automatic Linear Tunnel type Vial Washing Machine are as follows:
60 Jets for 6 washing zones
All contact parts made of SS-316 material
Intermittent handling of Vials ensure maximum time for washing
Washing sequence can be made as per customers requirements.
Each washing zone with independent circuit to avoid contamination
Built-in 2 Pumps and 2 Tanks[ 50 Liters]
Automatic In-feed and Exit of Vials
