Campbell electronics are manufacturers & exporters of pharmaceutical laboratory testing equipment under the brand name of thermonik. The powder density is designed to study the packing down of powder beds of different pharmaceuticals and chemicals powders, flakes, pellets, granules and other substances. It includes the following unique features:

  • Two cylinder holders provide an easy mechanism to insert and take out.
  • Imultaneous tapping and rotating, results in an evenly packed surface.
  • The powder density apparatus is equipped with microcomputer based `lcd display` system.
  • Calculation of test results will be displayed directly on the instrument panel by feeding the correct data.
  • The switches are provided on the front panel of the apparatus for setting total number of strokes to the glass cylinders.
  • Each stroke of the cylinder is displayed on the "lcd display` window on the panel.
  • The up and down movement of the cylinders stop automatically at the pre-set number .
  • The switches can be set to any required strokes, starting from a minimum of 1 stroke to a maximum of 9999 strokes.
  • The "thermonik" powder density is a test required in the process of tablet manufacturing, capsule filling and cosmetic manufacturing.
