The Roll Compactor is available in three models CMRC 200/50, 200/75, and 200/100 and 200/150. The outputs of the Roll Compactors are 20 to 60 Kg. /Hr.; 75 to 100 Kg. /Hr.; 100 to 250 Kg. /Hr and 100 to 350 Kg. /Hr. The Roll Compactor is very compact designed and is available in plain, water jacketed or flameproof model. Screw is driven through mechanical variator. There is a safety slipping clutch between gearbox and feed screw. There are rolls drives through twin`s shaft gearbox with speed drive unit coupled to it using coupling, which ensures synchronization of the rolls with a steady torque loading.
In the Roll Compactor, the pre-densifier screw comprises of cylindrical or conical shape, which is well polished and made of AISI SS-304 quality material - SS 316 optional. In the Roll Compactor the compacting rolls sleeves are made out of tool steel, hardened to 55 HRC approximately, and are keyed in to shafts and thus protected against axial slipping by thrust plates and bolts. The feed screw assembly can be lifted by hand-operated hydraulic pump. This facilitates ease in cleaning. The scrapper assembly also designed to dismantle for ease of cleaning. The pre-compression chamber guides the powder without any slippage or leakage.
