Product Information

Flow control industries manufactureoffer a wide range of flush bottom valves. These bottom valves are used for sanitary application in the pharma, food, beverage, dairy and allied industries. The flow bottom valves are manufactured from ss 316/ss 304/ss 316l. These flow bottom valves , and are free from sharp corners and uncleanable pockets. Various benificial features of these valves are as follows; the cip design reduces cleaning-up and maintenance cost, . The valves can be dismantled quickly and easily, with no special tools, . The valves are offered in three designs, viz, ram type, diaphragm type or ball type, in sizes from 1 to 4, with working pressure up to 10 kg/cm² and temperature up to 200[c,. Vvalve seating can be of teflon/silicon/rubber elastomer. The flow bottom valves can also be providedoffered with electrical or pneumatic actuators.
